Established in 1988 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange since May 2018, YAPP Automotive Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “YAPP” or “the Company”) is a global supplier engaged in R&D, manufacture, and sale of automotive energy storage systems. Currently, the Company owns 26 production facilities (9 of which are outside of China), 4 engineering centers (3 of which are outside of China), and 3 offices around the world. The Company operates in 12 countries (including China, India, Russia, Czech Republic, Germany, the United States, Mexico, Uzbekistan, Brazil, Japan, and France), serving customers such as Volkswagen, GM, Ford, Fiat Chrysler, Renault-Nissan, Toyota, Honda, PSA Peugeot Citroën, Mercedes-Benz, SAIC Motor, FAW Group, Changan Automobile and Great Wall Motors, etc. For a long time, the Company has maintained industry positions of No. 1 in China and No. 3 in the world.
